Our Mission
At Tiny Paws Rattery of Canada, we are dedicated to breeding healthy and happy pet rats for our community. Our mission is to provide quality pets and promote responsible rat ownership, including opportunities for rat adoption.
We began our journey in October 2024 and hope to continue breeding, further developing our lines this year. Our main focus is on the silvermane coat type, and by 2026 I aim to separate and advance my lines in each respective color: black, blue, mink, Siamese, and possibly agouti.
My mink silvermane line should begin to stabilize this year, allowing me to test breed for my other colors simultaneously. Throughout this process, I will be selective in breeding for temperament and size. We are open to selling to other rat breeders, but please remember that we are still in the early stages of breeding, with our lines currently under development.
